1. Do you provide on-site installation services?
We provide detailed installation drawings and videos for every project to ensure smooth installation. For large projects, we can provide both installation workers and supervisors on site. The fee for the on-site service is subject to negotiation.
2. Could you design a new and unique prefab house for me?
Absolutely! We can provide you with construction schemes as well as landscape designs. Our one-stop service ensures outstanding convenience.
3. What is your delivery time?
Normally, the delivery time is 15 days after the deposit is received. For large orders, the delivery time is subject to negotiation.
4. How do you control the quality of your product?
First, design quality: anticipating potential problems in advance and providing high-quality design solutions. Second, raw material quality: selecting qualified and premium raw materials. Third, production quality: utilizing precise manufacturing techniques, experienced staff, and strict quality inspections.
5. How do you deal with quality issues?
The warranty is 2 years. Within this warranty period, we will be responsible for all quality problems caused by our production.
6. How long does it take to build a light steel prefab house?
It depends on the size of the house. Generally, one 50 square meter house takes about five workers 1-3 days to complete installation, saving both time and manpower.
