The house body adopts industrial aluminum panels, double 6+12A+6 tempered glass and a steel structure to ensure sturdiness, energy efficiency, and high performance. All products have passed tests for environmental protection, shock resistance, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, wind resistance, moisture resistance, leak prevention, heat insulation, safety, sound insulation, and thermal insulation.

We typically ship houses as complete units. A 40-foot high container can hold three units, making bulk purchases highly cost-effective. Our capsule is shipped from ports in China, and customers in different regions can choose different transportation routes; freight will vary greatly depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, property type, order quantity, and shipping method.

Installation

Before installation, the customer shall complete the site project of water supply, power supply, sewage pipeline and load-bearing-foundation according to the basic hydropower drawings of our product standard. Lift to the design installation site, connect water and electricity, and complete water and electricity testing for acceptance.

We provide site preparation guidance to our customers; two or three workers can complete the installation in a few hours.
