One 20'GP shipping container can hold a maximum of 6 units of container houses.
One 40'HC shipping container can hold a maximum of 14 units of container houses.
The MOQ for our prefabricated container houses is 1 unit.
Delivery is generally scheduled within 10 working days after receiving the initial deposit.
We accept T/T or L/C. The standard payment structure is a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance paid prior to shipment. A 100% L/C at sight is also accepted.
All materials are covered under a 1-year warranty. Additionally, we provide continuous technical support to help you maintain your container house structure efficiently.
Our modular container houses are constructed with durable Q235 galvanized steel and finished with baking varnish, yielding a service life of up to 20 years.
A standard 20'GP shipping container can accommodate up to 6 units, while a larger 40'HC shipping container has the capacity to hold up to 14 units.
