How long is the service life, and will it rust easily?
Our container houses use galvanized steel frame + anti-corrosion paint; service life reaches 15–25 years with regular maintenance. We provide full anti-rust treatment and waterproof sealing to avoid corrosion in coastal/humid areas.
Is it well insulated for hot/cold climates? Will it get too hot in summer or cold in winter?
Standard with 50–100mm rock wool/PU insulation; optional upgrade for extreme temperatures. It effectively blocks heat conduction, keeps interior stable, and lowers air-conditioning energy consumption.
How about waterproof performance? Will it leak at joints, doors/windows or roof?
We adopt integrated waterproof design + high-elastic sealant for joints, doors/windows and roof. All units pass water-testing before shipment to eliminate hidden leaks.
What about fire rating? Can it meet local fire codes?
Wall/roof panels use Class A fireproof core materials; wiring with flame-retardant conduits. It complies with international fire safety standards for residential, office and camp use.
What is the lead time? Can you support urgent projects?
Standard units: 7–15 days after deposit; customized units: 15–30 days based on design. We have flexible production lines to prioritize urgent orders for construction camps, disaster relief and temporary facilities.
Is a complicated foundation required? How easy is installation?
Only leveled ground/simple concrete piers needed. 3–5 workers can finish assembly in 1–3 days with detailed drawings, videos and online guidance.
